For employees, working from home means avoiding office distractions, cutting out a long commute time, and being able to work in comfy clothes and in a soothing environment. However, with all of the benefits that working from home provides, it also comes with some drawbacks. For example, there are many distractions that come with working from home (ie, children, housemates, pets, TV, etc), and working from home can be very isolating.

5. Collaborate on Fitness or Personal Goals
